Fake Sulu sultan and fake grand prince of the Tausugs using UP students in attempt to legitimize sting operation

ATTENTION! TO THE UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES:
We have just been informed that a group of charlatans headed by Datu Fuad Kiram and aided by his close-in handlers, are working hard, aiming 'high' in order to legitimise their sting operation and are exploiting the naivete of a UP student group: the UP Economics Society which is about to sponsor a symposium founded on the fraudulent claim by Datu Fuad Kiram and his handler Omar Kiram (not a Kiram nor a prince of the Tausug) that they are sultan of Sulu and Sabah and 'grand prince' of Sulu respectively.

We fear that the UP Economics Society which we understand is composed of students from the Philippine state university might be unwittingly lending their name to an economic scam by the group of Datu Fuad Kiram. The UP group must be informed. Their ignorance of Sabah claim history is most likely being exploited by said band of con artists.

We suggest that the UP Economics Society not allow the name of the University of the Philippines to be lent to such undertaking by a group of fraudulent sultanate of Sulu claimants.

However, if the UP student group could INVITE ALL THE CLAIMANTS TO THE THRONE TO THE SYMPOSIUM TO TACKLE THE Sulu Sultanate claim and to ask them about their purpose, then fine... Otherwise, the said UP students must exercise due diligence and inquire, get informed and learn about who is who in the Sultanate before they attach their name to a group of objectionable individuals such as Datu Fuad's and his handler's whose only purpose in life it seems is to use the nation's Sabah claim to try to get rich quick.

It is imperative for the members of the UP Economics Society not to risk their credibility as the nation's brightest of the bright students whose education is greatly subsidised by the Filipino taxpayers. One way to do it is to be cautious...extremely cautious that they are not exploited to satisfy the grandiose economic dream of Datu Fuad Kiram and his men for himself and for their band of fraudsters that can and will damage the nation's genuine claim to Sabah.

DATU "HUWAD" FUAD KIRAM IS NOT A SULTAN AND CANNOT BE SULTAN OF SULU!

DATU FUAD 'HUWAD' KIRAM IS NOT A SULTAN! His handler, Omar 'FAKE' Kiram is a manipulator of truth and uses propaganda for self-gain. 
THE REAL SULTAN OF SULU IS NOT ON FACEBOOK unlike this FAKE duo who only exist on Facebook. He is an IMPOSTOR OR FAKE perpetuated by his handler who is also posing as a Grand Prince Marshal and changed his name to Omar Kiram and who does not have a single drop of Kiram blood running through his veins. OMAR KIRAM IS A CON-ARTIST AND AN IMPOSTOR! 

He used to be called as Dux de Legazpi which is also a fake name. He went by many aliases to defraud people. I was one of their supporters in the past until I discovered their fakery. I confronted Omar with some questions but since he knows he is FAKE he could not sustain our argument, so he retreated. 

I was conferred a Lady Master title albeit FAKE that I rejected and returned to them. Omar then put me in their FAKE Royal kangaroo court and gave me a persona non grata verdict, as if I care! I fought back by spending my own resources to uncover and research for the truth about the Sultanate of Sulu. Since then, Omar has sent his attack dogs after me to attack me personally to take my focus away from him and Fuad. But they have FAILED because I am armed with the SWORD OF TRUTH. I CAN TAKE THEM ALL AT THE SAME TIME FOR I AM ON THE SIDE OF TRUTH! 

I challenged them to sue me so we would know who is who and so I can unmask the real identity of Omar "FAKE" Kiram. That was two years ago. Understandably so, Omar does not want a real appearance in any court because then he will go to jail for his misdeeds. The Fake Sultan Fuad and Grand Prince Marshal Omar "FAKE" Kiram only existed on Facebook and those who support them are either unsuspecting followers or a bunch of KSPs who have delusion for grandeur we call Farmvillers.

Furthermore, even if we take into consideration Fuad and Omar's lame use of Law of Primogeniture which is not what the Sulu Sultanate goes by, FUAD STILL IS NOT GOING TO BE THE SULTAN. The law passes on to the FIRST BORN which Fuad is NOT. Sultan Ismael's first born son is Mahakuttah, elder brother of Fuad. And Mahakuttah's eldest son is Muedzul-lail. This is another story where Omar and Fuad stole Fuad's nephew, Muedzul-lail or Butch's right from him. 

The Sulu Sultanate's Royal succession is pre-determined by the Ruma Bichara or the Royal Council and NOT the law of primogeniture. BEFORE ONE CAN BECOME SULTAN, ONE HAS TO BE CHOSEN FIRST AS THE RAJA MUDA OR CROWN PRINCE and not necessarily a son but one chosen by the Sultan and the Ruma Bichara. When the Sultan dies, the Raja Muda is then proclaimed Sultan by the Ruma Bichara and chooses his own Raja Muda. 

Sultan Esmael's (Mahakuttah and Fuad's father) Raja Muda was his own brother: Datu Punjungan,  father of Jamalul, Ismail, Agbimuddin, Nasser, etc. So when Sultan Esmail died, Punjungan was in Sabah at that time, Jamalul was declared the interim Sultan by the Ruma Bichara headed by Princess Tarhata and the Royal heirs. When Punjungan returned from Sabah in 1980, he was formally proclaimed as Sultan by the Ruma Bichara in a public ceremony in Sulu. Sultan Punjungan's Raja Muda was also proclaimed -- and that was Jamalul, who succeeded as Sultan of Sulu when Punjungan died.

Datu Fuad 'Huwad' Kiram, the cousin of Jamalul Kiram III, proclaimed himself Sultan in a basketball court in Taguig with no Royal dignitary present. He then declared Omar whom he met in 2004 as a Grand Prince Marshal. These IMPOSTORS are using royal-sounding titles to defraud people. Fuad is destitute and Omar pays for his rent so he went along with this charade because of money making scams by Omar, the Master Puppeteer. 

According to Fuad's third wife Farida who he left while pregnant, Omar sold Datuk title to foreigners and other scams he does for money using a FAKE Royal title. Fuad had signed the settlement to sell off Sabah to Malaysia. The only signature that is missing in that settlement is Sultan Jamalul Kiram III, thus, preventing Malaysia from legally owning Sabah. This started during the Cory administration up to Ramos administration. They thought that since Ramos and Jamalul are compadres, Ramos will be able to convince Jamalul into signing the settlement offered by Malaysia. 

But Jamalul was and still is steadfast in his refusal to sell off Sabah because he said, "HONOR IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN MONEY. I WANT SABAH BACK FOR MY PEOPLE!" Fuad on the other hand had sold his family out to Omar and until now still continues to create division among the Kiram family. I wouldn't doubt it a bit that Fuad and Omar are paid off by Malaysia to hinder the Sultanate's reclamation of Sabah. Check out some of the proof attached to the link below. Fake Sultan Fuad Kiram signs Kiram family unity agreement using his real title: Datu Fuad A. Kiram

FUAD KIRAM SIGNED THE 'UNITY' AGREEMENT WITH HIS REAL TITLE, DATU!

The recent Sabah stand-off brought out some truth that many of us did not know or expect. First, we did not know the relation between the Cojuangcos (PNOY's family) and Malaysia dating back to the time of then Senator Ninoy Aquino (PNOY's father). Then we discovered to our dismay that our president would rather go back on his sworn duty to protect this country and its people just to protect his KKK's business interests and to protect his parents' legacy, right or wrong. 

It is disheartening to know that our president stands by while our people are being hunted down, tortured and killed for asserting their lawful right. Listening to our president colluding with the enemy and echoing Malaysia's Razak Najib's sentiments are not only disheartening but also disconcerting. Added to the Sulu Sultanate's dilemma is the disunity of the Kiram heirs. 

One of them, the infamous Datu Fuad has been defrauding people in and out of Facebook under the wing of his Con-Artist handler, the Master Puppeteer, Omar "FAKE" Kiram who is not even a Muslim by birth but who is an Ilonggo and is never a Kiram. Omar is peddler of FAKE or knock-off designer bags and accessories who met Datu Fuad by chance. Being a Con-Artist, Omar saw an opportunity for a money-making scheme using a Royal title albeit FAKE. Read the attached file I previously wrote with compelling proof to back up my claim. 

Fast forward to the recent development brought on by the stand-off. The Kiram heirs decided to unite and rally behind the REAL Sultan of Sulu who was proclaimed Sultan by the Ruma Bechara in a public ceremony in Sulu unlike the UNDIGNIFIED self-proclamation of Datu Fuad in a basketball court in Taguig. Sultan Mohammad Jamalul Kiram III (SJK) is the only one recognized as the true Sultan by both the Philippine and Malaysian government when Malaysia first attempted to buy off Sabah from the Sulu Sultanate during the administration of Pres. Cory Aquino and then Pres. Fidel Ramos up to the administration of Pres Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. 

The administration of PNOY may not recognize SJK because he claimed ignorance of the issue at pinag-aaralan pa daw niya. I wonder why Sec. Lila De Lima's findings of the Sultanate were not even posted. Could it be that it only proves the Sulu Sultanate's case and it is a humiliating truth for PNOY? The rest of the Kiram heirs have signed that settlement agreement to drop the claim on Sabah EXCEPT for Sultan Jamalul who could not with his heart and soul, sell the legacy of his people. He declined the money and this is where we are now. 

The attached document showed that Datu Fuad signed with his TRUE AND ONLY legal Royal title and that is as a DATU. FUAD ALSO ASKED THE HEIRS FOR MONEY BECAUSE ACCORDING TO HIM HE IS HEAVILY INDEBTED TO HIS FINANCIERS. Check out his signature and see for yourself. THIS IS NOT A FABRICATION like what his handler Omar has been posting in their fraudulent website where pictures are photo ops (like the ones with Nur Misuari who happened to oblige to a meeting request by Fuad and Omar) and all other documents FABRICATED to defraud people. I will post some more of the documents soon.

The documents I posted on the files I wrote are AUTHENTIC and these are not fabricated! This is why I challenged the FAKE Royals to sue me to see who is lying. But of course, they threatened but they never do because they know that they will be UNMASKED and their money-making scheme will be stopped. In the court of law, what matters is what you can prove. 

I DON'T CLAIM ANYTHING UNLESS I CAN PROVE IT! So for the charlatans out there and the attack dogs sent to intimidate me and any of us, what we say about you is ALL TRUE. NEMO NOS IMPUNE LACESSIT!

Beware of sultan of Sulu impostors! Sultan Muedzul has the moral and legal ascendancy to champion the claim to Sabah cause

Sultan Muedzul-Lail T Kiram, current reigning sultan of Sulu and North Borneo (Sabah) shown in better times with his  uncle, Datu Fuad Kiram (right) who has decided to usurp the Sulu throne aided by a fake 'prince marshal'.

Please be informed that the websites you see on Facebook, and on the net in general, promoting the impostorship of Datu Fuad Kiram (the uncle of Sultan Muedzul Kiram) and rallying support for Fuad Kiram to be recognised as sultan of Sulu are part of a massive sting operation. The said websites were created by someone who is not even a Tausug but decided to appropriate for himself the title of prince marshal - he is the handler of Datu Fuad whom he convinced to try to usurp the sultanate throne. His websites are a mixture of facts, fiction and fairy tale. In other words, they can only be the creations of the leader of a con gang whose main pre-occupation today is to try to get rich quick.

Datu Fuad, who is telling everyone on Facebook that he is the sultan of Sulu (which, if you examine closely is based on pure 'backside wind') and his handler, someone who is undoubtedly excellent at story telling, met for the first time in 2004 and hatched a plan. For your infomation, it was Sultan Muedzul, who was then Rajahmuda (Crowned Prince) who appointed his uncle, Datu Fuad, as sultan regent of Sabah. But the poor, feeble-minded and unemployed Datu Fuad was convinced by the handler to proclaim himself sultan in place of his nephew who has the most legitimate claim to the title. So, the problem began. 

Sultan Muedzul stripped his uncle Fuad of the regent sultan of Sabah title while the Rumah Bechara of Sulu excommunicated Fuad. Fuad's handler then took things a step forward by organising a crowning ceremony for Fuad in a basketball court in Angono, Rizal. The said handler also convinced Datu Fuad to forge some kind of accusation against Sultan Muedzul Kiram for some 'haram' act which Ayatollah Matt Salleh, one of the illustrious members of the Forum who has worked and knows the Tausug culture more than many will ever do, qualifies as fake charges.

Ayatollah Matt Salleh, one of the unsung heroes of Operation Merdeka, the first physical attempt of the Republic to claim Sabah (in the 60s and 70s) said, "There is no proof of any competent authority declaring him haram. Only the Ruma Bechara can do so. Neither is there any police record or court conviction of such thing."

Furthermore, the said Datu Fuad handler organised a group on Facebook to rally support for the impostorship of Fuad. The same handler who, by the way, goes under the name of Omar Kiram (although not a Kiram nor a Tausug, and is completely unknown to legendary Tausug warrior Nur Misuari) is someone who is also very good at creating internet sites, as one of our illustrious members here once remarked to us. 

The handler, who goes by the name of Omar Kiram and who also named his mistress a 'duchess of the Tausugs' (something absolutely ridiculous since such English nobility sounding titles DO NOT EXIST IN THE TAUSUG CULTURE), has decided to "award" English nobility sounding titles to just about any person who would chant the name of Fuad on Facebook. And sadly, he has has tricked many unsuspecting people to accept and join his absolutely abominable Facebook campaign. In other words, the whole thing, as we have said, is a mixture of facts, fiction and fairy tale with the end purpose of organising a massive con job - sting operation on Facebook. We hope that you are not one of those that he has conned. 

One of our Admins here has actually discovered that the said Omar Kiram and his principal, Datu Fuad are running a sting operation with the help of the Indonesians. The Indonesians are running an Islamic fundamentalist school somewhere in Java. The 'partnership's' primary aim, we dedeuced, is to get Malaysia to pay them blackmail money to shut up. We hope we have helped you even in a little way, understand the whole situation today. 

But rest assured that as far as we are concerned, Sultan Muedzul Kiram has the legitimate credentials: LINEAGE, RESIDENCE, ROYAL COUNCIL OF ELDERS PROCLAMATION, AND THE DETERMINATION TO DO GOOD BY HIS PEOPLE AND BY THE NATION's SABAH CLAIM, to take over the mantle of leadership of the Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo (Sabah) that his grandfather and father left him.

In the photo above taken when Datu Fuad (right) had not yet taken it in his head to follow the con job operations hatched by Fuad's handler, you will find Sultan Muedzul (left) still in good terms with his uncle. Datu Fuad in fact signed a letter vowing support for his nephew when the latter appointed him (Fuad) as regent sultan of Sabah in 2004 or 2005 but which has since been revoked by Sultan Muedzul for his (Fuad's) most atrocious crime of lèse majesté.

For your information, Farida Kiram, the wife of Datu Fuad who happens to be the mother of his child Habiba Kiram, has brought accusations against Datu Fuad for gross negligence and child abandon. Farida Kiram knows all about the abominable plans that Fuad Kiram and his handler, the fellow calling himself Omar Kiram, have hatched from Day 1 of their first meeting in 2004.

Nota Bene: We did not reach this stage of certainty out of nowhere... All of the Admins of the Philippine Sabah Claim Forum, patriots found all over the world, went minitiously to work, spent their own personal funds, time, efforts to unearth the truth. The Admins HAVE NOTHING TO GAIN AND ARE NOT AFTER THE ACCOLADE OF ANYBODY NOR FOR THE GLORY AND CERTAINLY NOT FOR MONEY... Fake Sulu 'prince' who tried to trick Anglican bishop from Africa exposed

FOR INFORMATION: AN ATTEMPT TO DECEIVE ANGLICAN BISHOP IN AFRICA BY A SO-CALLED PRINCE OF THE SULTANATE OF SULU (pictured below) WAS BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION. BISHOP ASKED US FOR HELP.

Note: BEWARE! The man in the picture has been introducing himself on Facebook as prince marshal of the Tausugs and as a member of the royal Kiram family of the Sultanate of Sulu and Sabah. Nothing could be farther from the truth. He is an impostor and has been manipulating people on Facebook by conferring value-less European nobility sounding titles and honours on behalf of the Tausug people to anyone he meets on Facebook in a bid to use people to support a big con job-sting in the making.

HOW IT STARTED: SOMEONE WHO INTRODUCED HIMSELF AS A BISHOP OF THE ANGLICAN FAITH FROM AFRICA WROTE TO US AND HAPPILY INTRODUCED HIMSELF AS THE SULTANATE OF SULU "CULTURAL AMBASSADOR TO GABON" APPOINTED BY SOMEONE PURPORTING TO BE A PRINCE REPRESENTING THESULTANATE OF SULU AND THE TAUSUG PEOPLE. 

We think that the Bishop was in fact trying to touch base with people on Facebook who might have knowledge of the Sultanate as he knew very little of the Sabah and the Sultanate of Sulu -- and accidentally saw our postings on Facebook. From what we understood, he was as surprised (as we were) that he was made "ambassador to Gabon" by someone on Facebook without so much as knowing who he was.

We had a few exchanges and tried to tell him that we believed he had been "conned." We made it a point not to be aggressive nor scathing about the fake personas who had recruited the said Anglican bishop in our exchanges with him and remained courteously straightforward.

Some of the exchanges we had with the Anglican bishop: 

Bishop: "C'est un réel plaisire pour moi de recevoir ces informations.mais,qu'est ce que vous me conseille face à t elle crise?Au plaisire de vous relire." (It is a real pleasure to receive this information. But what do you suggest I do in the face of this crisis? Looking forward to reading you again.)

We sent him a reply saying that because he has asked us for our advice, we felt that the best course of action is not to allow himself, a servant of God, to be used in further fooling people on Facebook, for which he thanked us saying that he had had a foreboding that he was indeed being manipulated.

We have replied to him this instant and told him:

"De rien Monsignor. Nous sommes heureux d'être utile. Si nous pouvons vous être d'une aide quelconque, n'hésitez pas à nous en faire part. Bonne journée." (You're welcome Monsignor. We are happy to be of help. If we can be of further help, please don't hesitate to ask. Good day."

BEWARE OF PEOPLE REPRESENTING THEMSELVES AS SULTAN, PRINCE OR ROYAL MEMBERS OF THE SULTANATE OF SULU CROWN AND OFFERING YOU "EUROPEAN ROYAL OR NOBILITY SOUNDING TITLES" OR POSITIONS OF AUTHORITY IN THEIR FAKE ORGANISATION ON FACEBOOK. TO THE BURLESQUE COURT OF UTTERLY FAKE PRINCE OMAR KIRAM: TRUTH IS BUOYANT

The FAKE "Viscount" Edgar "Hep" Salud Martinez (shown in a picture he published himself and which is on public display on the net) was telling their mostly unsuspecting members that we were fabricating stories of their FAKE Sultan. 

For information: the European aristocratic title "viscount" does NOT exist in the Sultanate of Sulu culture, let alone in the Tausug culture. If you meet anyone on Facebook purporting to be a viscount or parading European sounding royal or nobility titles, BE WARNED. They are fake. 

We provided document after document of proof to support our claims that these POSERS are just that while they have nothing to prove their legitimacy. No official communications from the Philippine government or from the Malaysian government. 

Prof. Nur Misuari even said that Omar Kiram is a mystery to him and that he does not know where he came from. This was corroborated by a senior MNLF official I talked to while I was doing my investigation. Hep Martinez keeps saying that the law of primogeniture is what makes their FAKE Sultan a Sultan discounting the Raja Muda who is the first born of the Sultan. Datu Fuad Kiram I is the brother of the sitting Sultan at that time if we take into consideration the law of primogeniture. 

Raja Muda Muezuel-Lail Kiram or Butch is the first born son and is/should be the next Sultan. But even that, we have another story of the matter. But one thing for sure, DATU FUAD IS NOT THE HEIR APPARENT AND CAN NEVER BECOME SULTAN OF SULU AND SABAH UNLESS THE ENTIRE ROYAL MALE LINE (BEFORE AND AFTER HIM) OF THE SULU SULTANATE IS OBLITERATED OR BECOMES EXTINCT. 

I urge you to go to Sulu and talk to the Tausugs or check the website of Sulu government to see if you even see Fuad's name as Sultan. One of the FAKE Royals followers even said that the government of Sulu supports Fuad which is a big LIE.

But under the manipulation of Omar "FAKE" Kiram and after they were stripped off their titles as Regent Sultan of Sulu and Sabah and Datuk respectively by the Raja Muda, they started spreading rumors against the Raja Muda which is baseless and unfounded! That was their way of stealing the title from under the nose of the Raja Muda to make him look incapable and unworthy to be the next Sultan.

In the meantime, Raja Muda Butch obtained a police and school clearance to prove that what they alleged against him did not happen and he has no criminal records of sort. That was just a ploy by Fuad and Omar so they can proclaim themselves as Sultan of Sulu and Sabah and Grand Prince Marshalll of Sulu and Sabah. Omar does not even have a single drop of Kiram blood running through his veins. His name was not even Omar kiram. In fact, he goes by Omar Maniquis among other names before he declared himself a prince. His son who is also posing as prince is also going by the name Al Maniquis. 

The proclamation was held with not a single attendance by any Royalty and was held away from the seat of power which is Sulu. It was held in a basketball court in Metro Manila with only curious bystanders as attendees. Then Fuad proclaimed Omar as Grand Prince Marshall of Sulu and Sabah. The burden of proof is on their side. WHERE IS THE PROOF? Show legal and valid documents that are not fabricated like the ones you posted on your website. The photo ops that you took with Prof. Nur Misuari that he, himself said was a courtesy on his part when asked for a meeting are therefore just that, photo ops and not valid proof! All this is for gold and glory on their part to get business ventures from people who would otherwise not entertain them had it not been for the royal title albeit FAKE!

Shown left is the revocation revocation letter issued by Sulu Rajamuda Muedzul Kiram stripping Datu Fuad Kiram of their courtesy titles. Shortly after that, they alleged false and baseless accusations at Butch Kiram and proclaimed themselves as Sultan of Sulu and Sabah and Grand Prince Marshall of Sulu and Sabah respectively. THEY ARE POSERS!

Pictures of the place where Fuad Kiram self-proclaimed himself as Sultan away from the seat of the Sultanate which is Sulu. Ask yourself, why? The fact is, they cannot live or do such HARAM acts against the people of Sulu and especially after the horrible accusations they threw at Butch Kiram. No such records of crimes committed. Butch has the proof that he is innocent while Fuad and Omar don't to prove their claim.

Pictures of Fuad and Farida's marriage license and wedding pictures which he denied at first being married to his third wife, Farida until I posted the proof. The HARAM Datu Fuad left and abandoned his third wife while pregnant and even now has not given a single cent towards the sustenance of his little girl, Habiba Kiram who looks exactly like him. Are these acts of a noble and honest man who is posing as Sultan? He is destitute and allows a CON-ARTIST like Omar to use him as a puppet. Fuad having no job and assets sold out his family and principles in exchange for rent and utilities and whatever scraps that Omar throws at him making money off their deception.

Below is the excommunication letter by the Regent Sultan to Fuad for desecrating the Muslim traditions of the Sultanate. One of them is Fuad's proclamation of a non-Royal blood like Omar as Prince.

                                                        

Fuad Kiram was also ex-communicated by the Regent Sultan or Crowned Prince, Esmail Kiram II for the following reasons:

1. Desecration of the Royal Order of Succession by manipulating the genealogy removing the true successor in line to the throne. (This is the line of succession document they falsified and posted on their website).

2. Desecration of the Throne of the Royal Kingdom of Sulu and North Borneo by replacing the Royal Nobility titles with English Nobility titles. (This is their modus operandi of conferring European titles to gather support disrespecting the Muslim tradition and the Sultanate royalty).

3. Desecration of the Royal House of Sulu by appointing a non-Royal blood to the Throne of the Royal House. (This is the appointment of Dux Legazpi who changed his name to Omar Kiram then proclaimed himself as Grand Prince and Prince Marshal of Sulu and Sabah, but who has not a single drop of Kiram blood nor royalty blood running in his veins.)

Shameless claims by Fuad Kiram contradicted by official Sulu Government website

Claims by Datu Fuad Kiram and his handler, a certain Omar Maniquiz who is purporting to be a prince of the Tausugs, that Fuad Kiram has been recognized by the Provincial Government of Sulu as the legitimate sultan of Sulu can not be more untrue. 

Fuad Kiram maintains in various fora that he has been recognized the legitimate sultan of Sulu by the Governor of Sulu no less. But researches have proven that Mr Fuad Kiram has lied. The official website of the Province of Sulu does not list the name of Fuad Kiram as sultan of Sulu but lists all the names of the different members of the Sultanate who had been officially recognized the legitimate sultans of Sulu and Sabah since the beginning.

Datu Fuad Kiram's pretensions and claims are therefore based on lies.  The claim by Fuad Kiram and his handler, an individual going by the name of Omar Kiram who is himself shamelessly sporting a fake title, that Governor Tan has recognized Fuad Kiram as the legitimate sultan of Sulu has been discovered to be a myth and can only be considered a product of the over fertile imagination of a charlatan.
