The Philippines is now officially a "Makapili" country in the service of Malaysia! Thank you, Mr. President! Thank you for making treachery and treason honest undertakings in the Philippines today. 

The Philippines' NICA (National Intelligence Coordinating Agency) is now part of Malaysia's beefed up security cordon against our fellow Filipinos whom Hisham brands as "terrorists." 

Malaysia's Home Minister Hisham announced today that Police and the Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM) will cooperate with regional and international intelligence agencies to strengthen security control, especially on territorial waters... and they include THE PHILIPPINES' NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE COORDINATING AGENCY

KOTA KINABALU: Police and the Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM) will cooperate with regional and international intelligence agencies to strengthen security control, especially on territorial waters. 

Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein said surveillance and interception on land and sea will be extended under the Eastern Sabah Security Command (ESSCOM) after Ops Daulat has ended, to prevent terrorist groups from intruding into the country. 

Hishammuddin said related international intelligence agencies included National Intelligent Coordinating Agency (NICA), The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Chiefs of Police (ASEANAPOL) and Interpol.
